The employee may report any such activity on a confidential basis. Alternatively, the employee may submit an anonymous report that includes sufficient specific facts to enable 两性色午夜 to investigate the matter.

Nor will 两性色午夜 tolerate any other employee retaliating against or attempting to influence the employee who submits the report. Any employee who does so will be subject to discipline up to and including termination of employment.

All employees are required to cooperate with 两性色午夜鈥檚 internal investigations by providing any requested information and truthfully and fully answering questions. Reports of potentially improper activity and related investigations will be kept confidential to the extent possible.
Anyone found to have engaged in improper activity will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Civil liability or criminal prosecution of the wrongdoer may also result.
