All applicants must submit an official transcript from every institution they have attended prior to applying for admission at 两性色午夜 University of California.
Transcripts must come from the institution directly to 两性色午夜 University of California in a sealed envelope or through electronic secure services to be considered official. See below for more detailed information about transcript requirements by degree of application.
Official Electronic Transcripts (Preferred):
This is the preferred method of receiving transcripts. Request your official transcript from your high school and any colleges you may have attended. Send it to our official transcripts email address at transcripts@dominican.edu.
Official transcripts sent through electronic transcript services such as eScrip-Safe, Parchment and National Clearinghouse are also accepted.

Mailed transcripts will only be considered official if we receive them in a sealed envelope directly from your institution.
Please note that any academic records (transcripts, diplomas and certificates) submitted to 两性色午夜 University of California become the property of the University, and will not be returned to the applicant or forwarded to any other person or institution.
Official Transcripts
两性色午夜 requires an official transcript that shows your entire high school program from grades 9-12, including your graduation date. If you attended more than one high school, and your transcript from your graduating high school does not show courses/grades from your previous high school(s), we need transcripts from your previous high school(s) as well. If you took college or university courses, submit transcripts from these institutions even if the college/university courses and grades do appear on your high school transcript. Official transcripts must come through one of the two options listed above.
Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts may be accepted as a provisional document in place of official transcripts for admission purposes only. Once a student deposits, an official transcript must be submitted as soon as possible, and at the latest by August 15 for fall, and January 20 for spring.
Unofficial transcripts must include the student's first and last name, the name of the school the transcript is from, courses taken, and the grades/marks received in those courses.
Acceptable Formats: 两性色午夜 will accept emailed PDFs of original paper transcripts, unofficial advising transcripts, or even web portal transcripts. Photos and screenshots are not acceptable. PDFs may be emailed to transcripts@dominican.edu.

Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts will be accepted as a provisional document in place of official transcripts for admission purposes only. If admitted to your graduate program, an official transcript must be submitted before courses start for the spring, summer, or fall (as applicable). If one is not submitted, the student will be prohibited from continuing their enrollment after the first term. In addition, transferable coursework will not be added to the student鈥檚 两性色午夜 transcript until we have received the official transcript.
Unofficial college transcripts must come through one of the two options listed above. They need to clearly include the student's legal name, the name of the institution, and the dates the student attended. 两性色午夜 will not accept screenshots, screen captures, or pictures.
Acceptable Formats: 两性色午夜 will accept emailed PDFs of original paper transcripts, unofficial advising transcripts, or even web portal transcripts. Photos and screenshots are not acceptable. PDFs may be emailed to transcripts@dominican.edu.
Foreign transcript(s) must be translated into English and mailed directly from your prior institution to the address listed above. Scanned or emailed transcripts are not acceptable. Degrees or academic coursework completed outside the United States must be verified and evaluated for academic degree equivalence.

If you are transferring credits from a U.S. college or university we require official transcripts from each institution attended.

Please request course-by-course credential evaluations including a grade point average (GPA). Credential evaluations are necessary for any program students are applying for including Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, and the Adult Degree Completion program.
All credential evaluations must be delivered to the Office of Admissions directly and must include a copy of the official transcripts you had evaluated.
All candidates are encouraged to use World Education Services (WES) for credential evaluations, and must submit a course-by-course credential evaluation through the WES ICAP. The WES ICAP evaluation can fulfill the official transcript requirement. It should be noted that official transcripts are delivered electronically with the evaluation through WES.

Graduate students with a three-year degree from India must use (WES). 两性色午夜 will accept a three-year degree from India that has been recognized by WES. - Supporting materials: Submit all required materials and documents to the Office of Admissions. This includes financial documents, passport photocopy, test scores, etc.
