Global Learning: Study Abroad
Study Abroad is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a new country, while earning academic credit abroad.
Global Learning Highlights
Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ Semester Abroad and Global Courses include:
- Programs available for every major
- All credits earned abroad count toward graduation
- All financial aid and scholarships apply towards program cost
- Programs taught in English (no foreign language experience required)
Choosing the Right Program
From semester-long exchange programs, to summer courses abroad, we will help you find a program that is right for you. Contact the Global Education Office to find a program that fits your personal and academic goals.
All of our semester abroad programs are exchange based. That means you stay registered at Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ and get to keep all of your financial aid and scholarships!
It shouldn’t cost you much more to study abroad, and the units you earn will count toward graduation. Most students take courses that apply to their major, but some students opt to learn a new language or pick up a minor while abroad.
Our direct exchange partners are:
- DEREE American University of Greece, Athens, Greece
- ESCEM School of Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ and Management, Tours-Poitiers, France
- Regents University, London
- Maastricht University, The Netherlands
- St. Catherine's College, Oxford
- Universidad Anáhuac Mayab, Merida, Mexico
- University of Limerick
Note: Space can be limited for some programs, so please contact us early for more information.
If you can’t fit a semester experience into your degree plan, we also offer several summer courses taught overseas by Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ faculty. For information regarding these courses please email geo@dominican.edu
