The Global Education Office (GEO) supports the campus mission to educate socially responsible global citizens by developing global partnerships that foster teaching, learning, and research collaboration with overseas institutions.

Our Partnerships

Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ is proud to partner with over 35 different institutions in more than 23 countries around the world. Global partnerships are classified into one of four categories: 

  1. Open: Unspecified engagement in activities such as exchange, research and twinning
  2. Exchange: Specifically focused on the exchange (no fee) of students to and from partner
  3. Fee-based study abroad: An agreement to send or receive students on a fee-paying basis
  4. Twinning: Development of a duel/double degree arrangements between partners

Guiding Principles

Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹'s guiding principles for establishing global partnerships start with opportunities that are both academically relevant and financially feasible and that meet the following criteria: 

  • Advance students in major, minor or GE course requirements
  • Enhance future career development
  • Promote inclusion, equity and diversity

All programs are evaluated and assessed on the following learning outcomes:

  • Intercultural knowledge
  • Global social responsibility
